Jill, you don't actually have to lie on the ground. I just use the self timer, adjust the zoom, and place the camera on the ground, and wait ten seconds... thanks for the feedback everybody.

LOL there has many a time that I have wanted to lie down on pavement to capture a image..imagine however a middle aged woman doing so in downtown!! Great perspective unigue.
