Essas fotos foram feitas num fim de semana em 2002 após uma conferência em Perúgia. Itália. Aproveitamos (eu e colegas) para visitar algumas cidades e, pela quantidade de fotografias, foi feita uma pasta contendo somente fotos de Veneza, que dispensa apresentações; é uma cidade única no seu gênero e na sua história. A bem-vinda ausência de carros é substituída pelo grande número de turistas. É recomendável visitar Veneza durante o inverno. Suas paisagens, canais, gôndolas, casas, pontes e atmosfera fazem de Veneza um local, como dito, singular no planeta. É difícil colocar em fotografia as belezas e particularidades da cidade. Nossa passagem lá foi rápida; certamente, com mais tempo seria possível explorá-la mais. Usei, na época, uma Canon EOS e provavelmente as lentes Canon 24-85/3.5-4.5, 35/2 e 75-300/4-5.6 com filme de slide Fuji Sensia. Os slides foram macro-fotografados com a Olympus E-M1 II e a lente Olympus 30/3.5 macro. O tratamento posterior foi feito com ACDSee.

These pictures were taken on a weekend in 2002 after a conference we attended in Peruggia, Italy. We (my colleagues and I) visited some cities and, because the number of pictures is large, we present here only Venice photos. Venice is a unique city for its characteristics and history. A welcome absence of cars is replaced by the large number of tourists. It is recommendable to visit the town in winter time. Its canals, sceneries, gondolas, houses and atmosphere make Venice a very particular place. Our stay there was quite short and certainly, with more time, we would explore and picture it in a deeper way. It is difficult to transmit in photos the beauty of Venice. I used a Canon EOS camera with probably the Canon 24-85/3.5-4.5, 35/2 e 75-300/4-5.6 lenses; and slide film Fuji Sensia. The slides were macro-photographed with my Olympus E-M1 II and the Olympus 30/3.5 macro lens. The photos were treated with ACDSee.
