In 1982 (when living in Paris for my thesis) I took a turist excursion for USSR, the only way to visit it. The cities included in this trip were Moscow, Leningrad (now Saint Petersburg) and Kiev. Visitors should follow the program, but it was possible to discretly escape it and I took most of these pictures when walking by myself. The pictures were taken with my Olympus OM-1n with the Zuikos 21/3.5, 35/2, 100/2.8 and a Tokina 200/3.5. Film: Tri-X. I printed the photos in my BW lab and the images here are directly these prints photographed by my Nikon D90 (and adjusted in Photoshop).
