Rancho Queimado (2021) in a Foggy and Rainy Day; Why not?

Rancho Queimado is a small town located 70 km west of Florianópolis. The region is beautiful, with the valleys and hills of the Serra Catarinense. Agriculture is the main activity of Rancho Queimado which has a large surface and possesses several small districts. I have a property in the neighborhood called Morro Chato, which is relatively close to Rancho Queimado downtown. I took the pictures on a foggy and rainy day and the majority of them were taken in the Rio Bonito and Taquaras districts. An overcast day is one of my favorite conditions for photographing. One obtains pictures with low contrast and nuanced colors. It reminds me of the time when I lived in France when, on cloudy winter days, I went out with my camera loaded with Kodak Tri-X BW films. For these photos I used a Canon RP camera and the manual focus Canon FD lenses 24/2.8, 35/2.8 and 70-150/4.5.
