The 16ème Arrondissemnt is well known as the fanciest and the more expensive 'arrondissement' of Paris. But .... forget about the Champs Elysées Avenue and the Arc du Triomphe. The avenues and streets of the south part of the 16ème are - in my personal opinion - much more interesting and charming. The idea here is to explore this (relatively) forgotten area of the 16ème. Therefore, I started my walking from the Église d'Auteuil near the Pont Mirabeau (see the map) towards the north part, finishing at the Avenue du Champs Elysées. I had a tasteful stop at the Restaurant Le Scheffer, at rue Scheffer, providing good and typical food at good price. I took some photos including the Tour Eiffel (which is located at the 7ème Arrondissement) but they were taken from the 16ème. It was a cloudy day, which I do prefer.
It is one more folder related to an arrondissement of Paris. Normally, in my short trips to Paris, I take one or two days for photographing a particular arrondissement. I used my Panasonic Lumix GH4 and the Panasonic lens 14-140mm for the majority of pictures.
