In the island where Forianópolis is located there are four districts that I consider the most interesting: Barra da Lagoa, Costa da Lagoa, Santo Antônio de Lisboa e Ribeirão da Ilha. The latter is the subject of this folder. It is one of the oldest districts in the island. The Azorean styled houses are still in good shape. A nice place to visit, photograph and eat. Several good restaurants are available, proposing typical food. One of the attractions of Ribeirão da Ilha is the 'Nossa Senhora da Lapa' Church, built between 1763 and 1806. For pictures I used a Canon 6D, recently bought for also using old lenses. With an adaptor I used my Olympus (Zuiko) lenses that I have for about three decades.
