Akron, Cleveland and the bluesman Robert Lockwood Jr., with BW Slides (2000)

Revisiting my old slides, I bring here pictures taken with the particular BW slide film Agfa Scala. The photos were taken in 2000-2001, when I lived in Akron, Ohio. I reproduced around 80 pictures, divided in two groups. Here only the photos taken in the area (Akron, Cleveland, and the Cuyahoga River park) are presented. The second part is related to a trip to the south of USA (New Orleans, Memphis, etc..). The great musician Robert Lockwood Jr. - who played with Muddy Waters, Willie Dixon and others - lived in the Cleveland area. He was 82 at the time and performed with his group, for free, in the Fat Fish Blues bar in Cleveland. I went there several times to enjoy the music. Good memories from that time. I basically used a Canon EOS 100 and the lenses Canon 24-85mm/3.5-4.5, 35mm/2 and the 75-300mm/4.5-5.6. The slides were photographed with my Olympus E-M1 Mk2 and the Zuiko 35mm/3.5 lens.
