As you certainly know, carnival is holyday in Brazil. Normally, I stay home just relaxing. This time, I invited my friend Leão to go to Florianópolis downtwon for snapshoting it a little. In Carnival there are the official parade (competitive, with rewards) and the espontaneous walking and playing in strets. The latter is the subject of this folder. I was quite surprised for noticing the high number of people enjoying it. As it may be seen, there are all kind of folks, drinking, playing and dancing. The favorite carnival costume is men dressed as women - hard to judge on preferences. People like very much to be pictured; the athmosphere is friendly and there were no difficulties on this. Of course, we went there in the afternoon and, maybe, evening time may be somewhat different. Some photos were strongly cropped and I used only my Olympus E-M1 and the zoom Zuiko 14-150mm.
