I went to a conference held in Budapest, 2013. Since I was quite busy with the event, I had little free time to visit the town. My first visit to Budapest was in 1981. Therefore it was interesting to be back over 30 years later. The main attractions in town did not change much. The city is beautiful and calm. Observing the buildings and monuments, it is clear that this town was very prosperous and rich in the XIX Century. Budapest is crossed by the Danube River; on the west side, there is Buda, with the most hystorical part, the old town, and several attractions. On the other side, there is Pest, with more economic activities. People are nice. These pictures can be considered as 'travel pictures', whose only intention is to propose some few impressions of Budapest through urban photos.
