Brasilia is the capital of Brazil since 1961. This city was planned to be our capital and its construction started few years before the capital change from Rio de janeiro to Brasilia, at the 'Planalto Central'. The main idea was to develop this remote and central region of Brazil. Indeed, nowadays this town have more than 2 millions inhabitants but if is a really beneficial to Brazil is a polemical matter. The main monuments and public buildings were elaborated by the worldwide known architect Oscar Niemeyer. In a free afternoon I walked in the main avenue of Brasilia, where the pictures were taken. I used my Olympus E-M5 and most of the pictures were taken with the zooms Zuiko 12-50mm and the Panasonic 45-175mm.
