Truong Tien Bridge connects the North and South side of Hue city and it cross the famous Perfume River. The bridge was completed in 1899 and designed by Gustave Eiffel. It was built of concrete and steel. After coming to use, Truong Tien Bridge was named Thanh Thai and the total cost to build it was 400 million dong. After Thanh Thai King’s exile to Reunion Island, this bridge was called Truong Tien Bridge.
