I was in Seattle last year for the perigee full moon. This image is a Photoshop composite. My vision was a shot of the full moon over the city. However, by the time the moon was over the city it was too high for a decent composition. So I've combined a photo of the moon shot earlier the same evening at moonrise with a view of the city taken around midnight.
