Dusky Broadbill (Corydon sumatranus)
This is the largest but not the prettiest of the broadbills found in West Malaysia.
They average 26 cm from beak to tail. They have a series of shrill screams of high pitched whistles.
Habitat : Broadleaved evergreen and semi-evergreen jungle, wetter areas in mixed
deciduous jungle up to 1200m. They normally travel in small flocks of 5 to 6 birds.
