Based on my research, a '1995 year model' Lincoln Electric Square Wave TIG-355 did not come with a front handle of any kind https://pbase.com/9146gt/image/163271084, unlike the newer 250+ lbs Power MIG-256 welder which is considerably lighter than the 355 at less than half its weight. With a front handle, the Power Mig 256 is much easier to move around https://pbase.com/image/163302014.
