Officially finished.

The entire morning today was spent media blasting the engine cover metal frame then given it additional attention in some areas we couldn't reach easily inside the blast cabinet. This process alone took well over 3 1/2 hours---in and out of the blast cabinets about 25 times. The rest of the day was spent treating the metal with a 'grease & wax" removal product prior to the epoxy spray to insure good paint adhesion. Check it out, you get out of it what you put into it. Well, sometimes, not always.

First thing tomorrow morning is a trip to the vet's office with my poor dog Emma. She started limping off and on last Thursday and we could not see why. My wife and I finally decided to take her to the vet this afternoon and after an xray, that showed a 1/2 inch long wire embedded in her paw. I knew exactly what it was, that needle-like hard-wire flew off a wire-wheel air-tool accessory, a tool we use often. The vet couldn't even find the point of entry, that's how far that wire-needle went up her paw. https://pbase.com/9146gt/image/164122536 I feel terrible for her, she's on pain-meds until tomorrow, the next day and so on and... :-(
