914-6 GT Engine Bay Lid - No. 2 (White) DONE

Still a work in progress, the following photo shows the new tooling in use https://pbase.com/9146gt/image/163956495 and this other photo the results https://pbase.com/9146gt/image/163961738. Looking again at this last photo, note and compare the factory stamped opening of the lower section of the engine bay lid. The upper section in the same photograph details the opening and 'lip' we've created---with the same common-thread die stamped-like quality finish.

Remarkable, if I may say so...
