This photo gallery belongs to our friend in Germany, Armin Knüpfing. Armin has been working on Porsches since 1983 and from 1985 through 1990, he worked in the Race Department at the Porsche factory. Armin has worked on many Porsche race cars including the 964 Cup, 956, 962, the Indy cars and many historic factory cars such as the 908/03 (009) which participated at the Targa Florio in 1988 with Hans Hermann. Stay tuned as Armin will hopefully share with us the restoration progress of a "very significant" 914-6 GT... (Can't say which yet!) :)

This 914-6 GT replica undergoing a restoration in preparation to compete in historic rally racing. The 914-6 is powered by a 170 PS DIN, 2.4 liter carburated boxer engine. Armin will hopefully share with us the rest of the project restoration photos as they move along. Nice color!
