...After careful review, it appears to me that the rear sway-bar
used in this application is a "hallow" tube sway-bar which are very light
when compared to the solid bars, possibly from a Carrera 6 (906).

I will be implementing almost this very configuration but will be using a
14mm Porsche 917 "Hallow-Tube" Rear Sway-Bar instead with Titanium Bearing-Blocks,
ball-bearings and metal bushings.
