Porsche race cars use oddly long wheel studs all with the intent to be able to space the wheels "in or out" to the optimum tracking. One example would be how the 'rally' cars often time use a narrower tire spacing the wheels outward via spacers.
These are not the correct length racing wheel studs for the front hubs of a 914-6 GT, they are a bit too long https://pbase.com/9146gt/image/137569159 at 110mm. Now take a look at this photo https://pbase.com/image/22350002 and note the number of wheel spacers, maybe I should leave these longer studs alone, or possibly replacing them with the shorter 72mm studs and move the 110mm to the rear where they will be more practical.
