This one showed up on eBay in May/2005 and while 'stepping-up to the plate' again, I was very fortunate to win the auction among the many bidders. One of the unique feature of these rare Blau caps is the center section under the cap, that is Aluminum and NOT steel, see here https://pbase.com/9146gt/image/43574817. One simple test, take a magnet and see if it will stick, this cap passed the 'magnet-test'. This Blau cap shows signs someone made a poor and improper attempt to take apart the rare cap with a pair of pliers https://pbase.com/9146gt/image/43574823, no success and could have ruined the part.
