Seller's Description: Rare Vintage HEUER Pocket Watch with Split Second Chronograph in excellent condition. This model was very popular among the Auto Racing Teams in the late 60's and 70"s. It was worn around the neck housed in a large Red plastic case with HEUER logo in White on the back side.

The main case diameter (approximate): 65mm wide, not counting the winding crown. Thickness (approximate) : 19mm ~ Crystal: Thick Acrylic

Beautiful Heuer-Leonidas Valjoux Cal. 9 Manual Wind Movement with Column Wheel. 12 hour (act as a watch) and Split second Chronograph Movement with constant second and 30 minute registers (or sub dials). (you can pull on the winder to stop to set time). Note: On the movement Heuer name is there and it is located above "Leonidas SA", but hidden from the view since there is a spring above the name. Matte Black Dial with off white outer track. Luminous Marker s and hands. The luminous are old and they no longer glow in the dark. Matte Black finished bezel and back cover. The midsection is finished in Matte silver (see photos). Snap back case with gasket. Triple signed (The case, movement and dial).
