I stood in the very back and used the IS telephoto to shoot
pictures. I didn't think he would spot me because I was so far back
and hidden behind my lens. Boy was I wrong. For one, it was toward the
end of the program and he got used to all the people. Secondly, what
kind of idiot am I to think that the most photographed kid in history
is not going to recognize his dad behind a camera!? He's more likely
not to recognize me without the camera. Anyway, he took it in stride
and actually didn't bolt for me.
