2/28/2009 ~ Tampa, Sarasota & Manasota Key

After breakfast and check-out, we dropped by the Lettuce Lake Park on the campus of USF, a Big East conference rival of our Syracuse Orange. After walking the lovely trails we headed south making stops at Sarasota's Coast Guard Pier and visiting the gorgeous Marie Selby Botanical Gardens. We continued south and west to our Seahorse Cottage on the shores of the Gulf on Manasota Key across the Intercoastal Waterway from Englewood.
