How many?

How many Guillemots
The guide said that when they all come in at the end of the day you can not see any rock!

This was taken on a boat trip around the Farne Islands from Seahouses.
I have to say I went on the last day of my holiday and IF I had gone on the first day of my holiday I would have gone a few more times.
It was the best trip I have ever gone on.
Please note it does smell!

Rocky islands, once home to saints, soldiers and famous lighthouse keepers, now a sanctuary for seabirds and seals

Summer haven for 100,000 pairs of nesting seabirds like puffin and guillemot
One of Europe's largest grey seal colonies
Unrivalled wildlife photo-opportunities
Top spot for sea-kayaking and diving
St Cuthbert lived and died here in the 7th century
Location of Victorian heroine Grace Darling's stormy sea rescue
