It's good that you have preserved these glimpses of life as it used to be. The photos are much better than what one usually sees in historic contexts. These provide detail and texture to the fisherman's life. It's stunning to see so many thousands of fish. Tens or hundreds of thousands of fish. I have to wonder how the sea manages to come close to keeping up with consumption---and these images are forty years old. It's a very special gallery. I hope many are able to take advantage of your having shared these shots.
