Sgt first class John Neeley during the Flags of honor event in Franklin, TN. This event is to honor the soldiers who are serving and have served overseas. There is a flag for each soldier who has lost his life during the current conflict. Each of the 2,111 flags have a label with a soldiers name and where he is from on it.
