Jaipur and the Amber Palace

Jaipur is the capitol of the state of Rajasthan in India. It is known as the Pink City since many of the buildings are painted pink. It is also near the famous Amber Fort and Palace. Jaipur was my favorite city in India. It still has many of the problems that one encounters throughout India, but at least the air pollution is not as bad as Delhi and many other cities in India.

We loved Jaipur as well! we didnt do the elephant rides though- as our guide discouraged us. Judy Australia
