The Granary Burying Ground is the third oldest cemetery in Boston and contains graves of many of the most famous people in early American history. Buried here are Samuel Adams, Paul Revere, John Hancock, Mother Goose, Benjamin Franklin's parents, James Otis, Robert Treat Paine, Peter Faneuil, and the victims of the Boston Massacre.
