Impressive set-up! The orderly arrangement of clamps at right would undoubtedly earn you an Adrian Monk Tool Alignment Award. However, that would be tempered---and perhaps nullified---by the ghastly number of glue drip lines present (you should have used clamps whose design allowed you to wipe the drips away as they formed---a sad lack of planning).
Why poplar? Is this in the house that you renovated (gutted)?
