THE RANT: OK... yesterday's technical issues were frustrating. Today the
story got even more twisted. I spent most of the day (9:00 am to 2:30 pm)
on the phone back and forth between Earthlink and Bellsouth. It now seems
that "a Bellsouth business sales rep" that visited our office last Thursday
on a "courtesy" call took it upon herself to call in an unauthorized request
for a switch to Bellsouth Fast Access DSL while using the phone in my office
to "fix the time stamp" on our voicemail. This started the whole chain of
events that shut down my wireless network at the office :( STILL NOT FIXED.
I can't keep up on this phone modem at home. I'm doing well to just post a
picture right now. I did not need all of this down time right now. Someone
at Bellsouth is going to have to pay for this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
