Too busy (and way too dusty) today to document the events.
All day was spent using my brother's (Bolingbrook Land De-
sign) Freightliner dump truck and track loader to help in
the process of cleanup/removal from flooded Pegram. When
I saw this above me returning home, I captured the sense
I had in my spirit.
Not only was this a great day of progress for storm victims,
it was also April's step mother's first day back home after
her 2 month recovery (the wreck was March 10) in Vanderbilt.
April, Ellie and Miles took food and spent a day with Papaw
and Granny. I know it was so good for Miles and Ellie. I
hope it was good for Granny's spirits.
This has been such an encouraging day. I have been so for-
tunate to have been able to be a part of such an enormous
outpouring of service. Every time I turned around there
were more people coming to help from all over helping in
anyway needed. I am humbled yet again.
I've dedicated a gallery of scenes from the aftermath of the flood...
