Dichtel Design-Build Project

A local job taken on in the Fall of 2010 on a house restored after the 1000 year flood took it's toll. I designed, managed and did the carpentry while coordinating the other elements through Bolingbrook. Project elements included demolition, carpentry, resurfacing of the existing pool patio (SunDeck), electrical, minor concrete work, paver walkways/patio, irrigation and landscape planting.
