...There is so much going on with Aiden and his transplant that I (Scott) am going to post other communications as a way of updating this prayer network until Billy and Jennifer get to a point where they can post a more formal update. Hopefully this will keep you all up to date with what is going on in his healing process. I will include pictures sent from the hospital...

Asking for special prayers! I had to leave the hospital this evening. I woke up with a cough. After all day wearing a mask and keeping far away from everything, they recommended I leave tonight (the night before Aiden's transplant). Please pray that God will heal this by tomorrow, give Billy additional strength while he is without help and that Aiden understands there is no place I would rather be than with him. My heart is broken and we need your prayers.

Aiden is receiving his transplant! He is sleeping (in the picture/see below) but awake and full of smiles now... I still can't go in but I'm sitting in the lobby. Billy and Ashlynn are with him.

So it's the end of Day 0, Aiden's rebirthday, his transplant day, the first day of the rest of his life. I was able to sit with Aiden throughout his transplant and we had a very nice evening playing games and watching Brave. I'm so thankful that transplant went so smoothly so far. Please keep him in your prayers and Marmee too. I know that she wants to get back to the hospital.
