Note to commenter "Fraser": my Swiss topographic map (1:50,000, Blatt 264 ["Jungfrau"]), shows the "Fruendenhuette" at the base of the Fruenden Gletscher. The map spells the names with umlauts, which my American keyboard will not easily produce. I think the Fruendenhorn is the peak just to the right of the center of the picture. What a beautiful place!

i was heer last summer what a place! and you have captured it brilliantly top class work ( p.s climbed the wee trail up to the Frudenhorn Hut is that hwo you spell it?)

Stunning image, the awesome cliffs at the back are set against some beautiful saturated colours. The path leads the eye in well, and the inclusion of the hikers would make this a perfect holiday brochure pic.
