It's pretty funny that this photo I took with my little Nokia cellphone so long ago is now making the rounds on Facebook. It's been shared by two of my friends, and both of them got it from different FB pages. I took this pic on a street near my home in Zhuwei, Taiwan. I thought it was funny because these are imported from the US. That's because we Americans seem to waste a lot of food, but the Taiwanese eat pork intestines, mostly in a delicious noodled soup that also has oysters, but they'll fry 'em up at the BBQ restaurants, too. Chewy, but I'll eat them if they're in the soup and cut small enough. Anyway, really is a small world we live in, thanks to the Internet.
