This building in Powell Street, Halifax used to have offices for the Highways Department of West Yorkshire Metropolitan County Council. It is now part of Harveys of Halifax. Know of anyone who worked there in the late 1970's?

Oct. 2008, still no responses from anybody who worked there at that time!!!
