The two open windows below the chimney are of the first year school room and not the Headmasters study. His study was the next room further to the left (west)

When Kim & Andrew were there in the 1960's the ivy had long since been stripped off the facade and the single storey brick building on the right was the Physics Laboratory and the Sixth Form Science room for Kim. The church behind is the parish church of the Cann district of Shaftesbury and beyond it (not visible in this photo) is the Headmaster's house where the fifth and sixth form boys had their dormitories. The photo was taken during the summer as several of the sash and bottom hung windows are open. The two open downstairs windows in the wing beneath the prominent chimney on the left near the big beech tree are those of the Headmaster's Study.
