Thank you Richard. I had a look to your Galleries and I have to say that it is a pleasure to receive congratulations from a photographer like you... :-)) I like very much your 'Something' gallery. Really cool!
The photo was simply taken against a dark uniform background, with the fruit held on a kitchen 'spade' that was then cloned out in Photoshop.

If you go under the NTF in DPReview and search for 'FCAS' you will find wonderful applications of this technique, much much better than mine.....
