Agreed. Bill too long, legs too long, lacks strong carpal bar of second year (SY) Commons, lack of strong black area across nape--and rear of crown--that connects to the black mask. This does appear to show gray frosting across the nape, which some SY Forster's will show (though on Commons it will always be solid black across the nape and rear crown on SY birds). -Doug Willick
