Pbaser Ronnie Gaubert - Rest In Peace

I met Ronnie Gaubert several years ago while I was taking pictures in a place we called the Sorrento Swamp.
About a year or two ago Ronnie started experiencing some problems was a little slurred speech.
Ronnie soon found out he had Lou Gehrigs disease. The disease progressively worsened over time.
Finally, in what seemed like a very short time, Ronnie passed away yesterday, peacefully, with his family at his side.

Ronnie was a great Individual, helped and inspired so many of us in the art of Photography.
He will be sadly missed by his family and so many people and friends he touched.
His memory will never be forgotten thru all the fantastic images he shared with us thru the years!

Rest in Peace Buddy! Thoughts and Prayers to all Ronnie's family!

Ronnie was truly one of a kind. While I never met him in person he also answered my questions patiently via email. This is a great loss to the photography community...
My most heartfelt and sincere condolences to his family and friends.

Well done Chris. I am one of the people inspired by his beautiful pictures. I never met Ronnie but he took time to answer some of my rookie questions by email. He will be missed.
