Davina McCall Fitness is a renowned personal trainer and health and fitness expert. She is also a writer and speaker. Her first book, Jumpin' Fit, was published in 2021. Now she has DVDs that offer fitness tips for women. The DVD series features her favorite exercises, cool training routines, and healthy menu options. There are five DVDs in the series:

Each of the five DVDs offers a different body part for the viewer to tone, improve, and lose excess weight through exercise. This makes it easy to find a program that will fit your fitness goals. Some of the DVDs in the series focus on healthy eating, while others provide supplements and dietary advice for those who want to eat healthier but do not want to go on a diet. Below I review two of her high cholesterol reducing DVD's.

The first DVD of the series, Sport Relief, provides an excellent overview of a few exercises designed to increase flexibility. It introduces you to the sport relief machine, a great piece of exercise equipment that can be used in your own home. You get a good overview of what sport relief machines do and how they can be used. There is a short description of each exercise and some tips for using the machine.

It focuses on how to jump higher, run faster, hit the basketball harder, and do more in the sport of basketball. This gives you an excellent overview of the physical demands of the activity. You will learn about the importance of proper form, how to warm up, how to stretch before and after the activity, and how to do enough resistance to avoid injury. This is another DVD of Davina McCall fitness tips that I highly recommend to anyone who wants to take their conditioning to the next level.

The last two DVDs of the series, titled Christmas Lights, provide some simple and inexpensive activities that you can do with your family. This includes the traditional Christmas tree decoration, which is done by cutting or stringing lights around the branches. Then there is the traditional gift exchange that occurs at the end of the holiday season, as you give presents to everyone on your list. There is also a short message from Davina.

The final two DVDs of the discography, titled Give Me Two Minutes and It's Not Easy, provide simple workouts. They focus on things like push-ups, sit-ups, handstand push ups, chin-ups, and squats. All of these are basic strength exercises that can be done every single day of the year. It's interesting to see a woman talk about her experiences as a professional MMA fighter, working out with and after her husband and kids. The December DVD set is definitely worth the price if you are serious about putting in a little effort to improve yourself for the holidays.

The Emma McCall fitness app for channel four is not exactly the most extensive program you can get your hands on, but it is definitely worth checking out. It's a quick and easy read with plenty of exercises to keep you trim. In addition, it includes the previously released Give Me Two Minutes, which gives her a chance to talk about her massive brother and how he became such a strong man. The Christmas Lightening DVD comes out sometime in December, so you won't have to wait long to see what else is in store for Emma.

A big brother needs a partner, so you can be sure to hear plenty more from the relationship between Emma and her huge brother. The Christmas Lightening is a great DVD to add to your collection because it gives you an inside look at the relationship between two very close girls who are also very protective of each other. This DVD will definitely make you laugh, and even give you some inspiration as to how to deal with the pressures of being a big sister. If you're a fan of the Darwin's "warts and all" personality, you'll love the Christmas Lightening. It's a short movie that will make you feel glad you didn't miss out on watching it in the theater!
