| Vitaly Kravtsov, a "Traktor" striker, has rejoined the team. Chelyabinsk has agreed to allow the Russian play for the Rangers until the end of the 2021/22 season. In the 2018 draft, the Rangers selected the Russian with the ninth overall choice. At the outset of the season, the forward declined to play for the Rangers' AHL farm team.
