Top Ten day on the Franconia Ridge! The weather was perfect with very little wind, the trail was hard packed snow and ice and I had great company for the hike. We went up Falling Waters first to get the stream crossings done in the morning and that worked out great. The ridge was a fantastic walk and we took our time so we could enjoy the incredible views. Went back down Bridle Path and it was a lot more icy. Hillsounds worked fine but I do wish I'd switched to my crampons from the hut down past Agony Ridge. All in all incredible day!
