When I go through my father's old photos in pre-war Lodz, I see the same pretty girls and handsome young men who vanished to ash, their smiles becoming the only thing that remains...so sad. So unnecessary. Lovely photograph here, and an important addition to your gallery indeed.

fantastic shot...two pretty girls and the boys who watch them eagerly...with the history that followed in mind, it makes it painful to watch...

Timeless, the way the boys look back at the pretty girls. But then, what happened to them, the pain and cruelty they had to go through. The curse of history, the lesson we hopefully have learned.
