City officials and UN Military Observers

Dubrovnik, Croatia

Dubrovnik was getting shelled every afternoon and people were still dying, but it wasn't really all-out war. The UN Military observers kept an eye on things and essentially did nothing. Here they are meeting in the city offices with the mayor and his staff.

I presume this is the Mišo with the lovely sister! I remember you well. I must have some photos of you at the Argentina. I will see what I can find. Good to hear from you Mišo.

Nice to see, althoughh only my hair is visible, behind the deputy mayor Nikola Obuljen. The guy with the a tie is Pero POLJANIC, the mayor. I was the interpreter and Liaison Officer. Cannot remember any of tthe officials, there were so many who Manchester through Dubrovnik on their way to dailieis and other resources. All best!
