The NFL Effect

The Seahawks were playing a wildcard game on TV.
There is always a drop in the numbers of people
out on the roads and in stores during games.
When they get in the playoffs it’s even more pronounced.
If the Seahawks are ahead at halftime during a playoff game?
Go shopping! You will beat the crowds!
It also allows for this rare moment of no lines if you are at
all aware how busy it can get at Costco.

A very clever idea! I've never seen a Costco this empty! Nice to see a post from you!

Nice observation, I can't remember seeing Costco so quiet. Happy New Year!

Wow a shopping strategy that makes good sense. We'd have to go on a hockey night :)
BTW - HAPPY NEW YEAR John. Good to know you're hanging around in the bg. :)

I haven't watched an NFL game in about thirty years. I make it a point to go to normally busy places on Super Bowl Sunday.
Nice to see you back John!
