From Anonymous - To Anonymous
I stopped along a river in Montana.
On the picnic table someone had left a gift.
Left with a hope that the next person would appreciate it.
I did and left it for the next person, that is if they noticed it.
The wind had knocked it over and it made me
wonder if anyone would see it before the weather took it’s toll,
making it was just part of the background again.
Or did I get it wrong?
Was it a bold action of someone having faith that it would be seen and loved?
Or was it something made, perhaps by a young Mother and her child
while Dad was fishing in the river near by. Left behind by mistake?
Ether way I’ll take it or at least take a photo of it - It lasts longer that way.
So from Anonymous to Anonymous!
Thank You! You made a lonely traveler smile.
