It almost looks like a time lapse photo.
A line of maybe 20 deer crossed in single file,
I stopped and they just continued like they were in a crosswalk.

They are doing what kangaroos do, except that kangaroos are useless at night, and are liable to really freeze in the car headlights. It pays to drive very slowly in the country! An interesting shot. Well done.
