Its a dreary dark day here today, thick cloud cover and drizzly rain on and off, but we can see the distant archway from our window and its covered with coloured leaves right now. The extra cold month of June has turned the leaves more intently than it usually does. This is the rose called "New Dawn" which still has plenty of leaves in situ, and its usually last on my pruning regime & often misses out altogether, as I need someone to hold the ladder! This shot is especially for Laine who misses the pretty autumns down south, though I'm sure she doesn't miss the dreary winters days.
