Sulphur Crested Cockatoo

At home

Destructive devils, but we still love them. One walked along
the pathway of the rose garden nipping off several blooms of
bluebells...and Dick has lost his garlic plants twice recently.

Yes, beautiful, and yes, destructive; the same here. They often seem to be destructive in play rather than for food, or perhaps just constantly exploring options in their environment. They're exceptionally smart birds!

You got to love this beautiful bird. He doesn't mean no harm just wants to eat. Lovely image! V

They like garlic? A lovely image! Are they native to your area? V

A very nice shot. Had no idea they had a taste for garlic. "V"

It looks so gorgeous in the wonderful light, they can be very destructive but all is forgiven when you see how beautiful they are. V

Oh my, this is gorgeous! They do look so innocent as Boris says, but they are so beautiful, easy to forgive I hope! V
